Privacy Policy
Effective October 31, 2026
AnchorMark Designs, based in Texas, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit anchormarked.com or order from us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
- Payment details: handled directly by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number.
- Custom order details: text, names, dates, logos or images you send us for engraving, and our emails with you about proofs.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts and scripts receive your IP address and basic browser information when pages load.
How we use it
- to make, ship and support your order, including sending proofs, tracking and receipts
- to answer your questions and quote custom or bulk orders
- to prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed to run the shop:
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Hostinger, which hosts our website and store and runs checkout
- USPS, for shipping your order
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which deliver the fonts and animation code our pages use
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
Our site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back, and it holds only product IDs and quantities. Our checkout and payment providers may set cookies needed to process your payment securely.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Custom artwork you send is used for your order and deleted on request.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Email sales@anchormarked.com and we'll respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we'll honor them.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS, and payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our shop isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
