Terms of Service

Effective October 31, 2026

These terms apply when you browse anchormarked.com or buy from AnchorMark Designs (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout along with shipping and any applicable sales tax. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and refund an order placed at an obviously wrong price. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Custom work and proofs

For custom orders we email you a digital proof and engrave only after you approve it in writing. You're responsible for checking spelling, dates, names and layout on the proof before you approve. Samples are available on request for certain items.

Your artwork and logos

When you send us a logo, image or text to engrave, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline any request we believe infringes someone else's rights or is offensive or unlawful. We won't use your artwork for anything other than your order without your permission.

Product appearance

Photos on our site are representative. Slate and other natural materials vary from piece to piece, and screen colors may differ from the real thing.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Bulk and wholesale orders

Bulk orders are priced by individual quote. Any quote terms we agree with you in writing, such as deposits, quantities or timelines, apply in addition to these terms.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
