Slate is natural stone, so every piece is a little different in color, texture, and edge. That’s part of the charm.

How ordering works
- Tell us what you need. Email sales@anchormarked.com (subject: “Custom engraving request” or “Bulk order inquiry”) with your item, size, quantity, and design.
- Get a quote. We send a quote before anything is engraved.
- Approve your proof. We email a digital proof and wait for your written approval. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.
- We engrave and ship. Your estimated ship date comes with your proof or quote. You get tracking by email when it ships.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order one piece or a whole batch.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer special volume pricing on bulk and wholesale orders, quoted per order. Email sales@anchormarked.com with your item and quantity.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. For custom work we email you a digital proof and wait for your written approval before anything is engraved.
What file types do you accept for logos?
PNG and SVG.
How long do you keep my artwork?
We keep your artwork on file for as long as you want, and delete it whenever you ask.
Will my artwork be reused?
Never without express written permission from the file’s owner.
How long does it take?
In-stock designs ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and bulk orders take longer. Their clock starts when you approve your proof, and your estimated ship date comes with the proof or quote.
Can I get a sample first?
Samples are available on request for certain items. Just ask when you email.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship within the United States, including PO boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories, by USPS Priority Mail. It’s $10.95 per order, and free on orders of $74 or more (before tax). Full details are on our Shipping Policy.
What if something arrives broken or engraved wrong?
Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and you choose a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item. Custom items are otherwise final sale, so please check your proof carefully. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
